By using noforms, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
noforms is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. We are also not a tax, financial, immigration, or medical adviser, and not a representative before any court or agency. Using noforms does not create an attorney-client relationship. See Section 3.
Everything the service produces is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. noforms uses automated systems, including AI models, to fill forms and build plans. These systems may misinterpret, omit, or incorrectly process data, regardless of how accurate your input is.
noforms does not review, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, completeness, or fitness for any purpose of any form, plan, or guidance it produces. You are solely responsible for making sure the final output complies with all applicable laws, regulations, submission standards, and institutional requirements.
You are solely and entirely responsible for reviewing, validating, and confirming that any data entered into or generated by the platform is accurate, complete, and appropriate for your specific use case, including but not limited to legal, financial, immigration, or medical use.
Under no circumstances shall noforms be held liable for any damages, penalties, losses, delays, missed deadlines, rejections, or adverse outcomes resulting from your use of or reliance on anything the service produces.
If you do not agree to assume full legal responsibility for reviewing and using the output generated by this service, you must not use the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using noforms's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and noforms.
2. Description of Service
noforms helps you complete official forms yourself. Depending on what you use, the service may include:
Walkthroughs that ask about your situation in plain English and place your answers on the official form
Journeys for a life situation, such as a divorce or a Social Security claim, covering the forms that situation usually calls for
A plan built from your answers that lists your forms, puts the steps in order, and tracks what you have finished
Form detection and parsing, previews, and downloads of your completed documents
Introductions to independent professionals who can review your work (Section 4)
Free and paid plans (Section 5)
Data storage as described in Section 9
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Which forms, journeys, and state paths we cover changes as we add and remove them.
3. No Legal, Tax, or Other Professional Advice
noforms is not a law firm, an accounting firm, a benefits representative, or a licensed document preparer. Nobody at noforms acts as your lawyer, accountant, agent, or representative, and using the service creates no attorney-client relationship or comparable privileged relationship. Nothing you send us through the product is protected by legal privilege.
We give you information about official forms and a workflow for filling them in. We do not advise you on what to claim, what to agree to, what to file, or how your case should turn out.
Our situation pages, journeys, and plans describe how a process generally works. They do not account for the facts of your case, your state and county rules, or the discretion of a judge, clerk, or caseworker. Requirements differ between states, counties, and offices, and they change. Court and agency deadlines are yours to meet.
You decide what to submit, where, and when. We do not file anything for you, appear for you before a court, agency, or administrative law judge, or deal with them on your behalf.
Some situations need professional judgment rather than help with paperwork. Contested custody, domestic violence or fear for your safety, hidden assets, a denied claim you want to appeal, and immigration consequences are examples. Hire a qualified professional licensed in your jurisdiction, and do it before a deadline passes.
4. Independent Professionals
We may offer to introduce you to an independent professional, for example to review a form before you file it. These professionals are not employed by noforms, and they do not work under our supervision or control.
If you accept an introduction, we share what is needed to arrange it, as described in our Privacy Policy. What happens next is between you and that professional:
Their advice, their fees, and their engagement terms are theirs, not ours
Any professional relationship, including an attorney-client relationship, forms with them and not with noforms
We do not guarantee their availability, their work, or any outcome, and we are not liable for what they do or fail to do
An introduction is not an endorsement or a recommendation that you use that professional
Check that a professional is licensed and in good standing in your jurisdiction before you rely on them.
5. Paid Plans and Billing
Parts of noforms are free. Others are paid, and we show the price and what it covers at checkout before you buy anything.
Renewal. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price you agreed to, until you cancel.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time. Your plan runs until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund part of a period on cancellation.
Refunds. Where we advertise a money-back guarantee with an offer, the terms shown with that offer apply. Email admin@noforms.ai to make a request.
Price changes. We may change our prices. A change takes effect on your next billing period, and we will tell you before it does.
Taxes. Prices exclude sales tax, VAT, and similar taxes unless we say otherwise. You are responsible for any tax charged on your purchase.
Payment handling. Our payment provider processes your payment and holds your card details. We do not store your full card number. A failed payment may suspend a paid plan.
Paying for a plan buys you access to the service. It does not buy an outcome, a filing, or professional advice.
6. User Accounts and Registration
To access certain features, you may be required to register an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate, current information
Keep login credentials secure
Notify us of any unauthorized use
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Violate laws or third-party rights
Infringe copyright, trademarks, or privacy
Transmit offensive, fraudulent, or harmful content
Reverse-engineer or misuse our platform
Automate access (e.g., scraping)
Collect data without consent
Use noforms to prepare forms or plans for other people as a business, unless we have agreed to that in writing
Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination.
8. Intellectual Property
All platform content and tools are owned by noforms and protected by copyright and IP laws. You retain rights to your submitted content, but grant us a limited license to use it to provide the service. Official government forms themselves belong to the agencies that publish them.
9. Data and Privacy
We are committed to privacy and transparency. Here's how we handle your data:
If you create an account, we store account information such as your email address and subscription status.
Form answers, journey answers, and the plan built from them are sent to our servers securely so we can generate your completed form and operate the service. We may retain some of that information for as long as reasonably necessary, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Journeys ask about sensitive parts of your life, such as your health, your children, your finances, or violence in a relationship. We handle that information as described in our Privacy Policy, and we do not sell it or share it for advertising.
Progress may be saved in your browser. Analytics and advertising cookies on our website are described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for:
Obtaining proper consent when needed
Complying with relevant data protection laws
Informing others (if applicable) how their data is used
Forms and journeys often ask about other people, such as a spouse or a child. Provide their information only if you have the authority to do so. See our Privacy Policy for more.
10. AI Limitations & User Responsibility
noforms uses AI to fill forms, build plans, and answer questions. However:
We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness
Errors, omissions, or misinterpretations may occur
A plan may miss a form, a step, or a rule that applies to you
We are not responsible for how you use the output
Review every form carefully before you submit or use it, and check any step of a plan against the instructions published by the court or agency that will receive it.
11. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or experience downtime. We are not liable for any disruption or loss caused by service interruptions, including a deadline you miss during one.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law: noforms is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data, profits, or use, even if we were advised of the possibility. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless noforms, its employees, and affiliates from any claim arising from:
Your use of the service
Your violation of these terms
Any content you submit
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these terms. On termination:
Your access ends immediately
We may delete your account and stored data
Some terms (like liability and indemnity) will still apply
Download anything you need to keep before you close your account. You can close it at any time by emailing admin@noforms.ai.
15. Beta Features
Some tools or features may be in beta. These may be incomplete, buggy, or experimental. Use them at your own discretion and risk.
16. Age Restriction
noforms is not intended for users under 13 years of age (or equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). By using our service, you confirm you meet the minimum age requirement. Paid plans require that you are old enough to enter a contract where you live.
17. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive rights to jury trials and class action lawsuits. Arbitration will take place in [Your Jurisdiction] and be conducted in English.
18. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
19. Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
